Role Description Seventh-day Adventist Schools (Greater Sydney) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Academic Student Services Coordinator to join our team at Wahroonga Adventist School. This non-teaching position is 0.8 full-time equivalent with flexibility to work only one week during non-term time.

The contract commences 23 January 2025.

Application Requirements Key requirements:
Highly organised Strong project management skills Proficient in technical skills and adaptable to various IT systems Collaborative team player Effective at managing deadlines Key Responsibilities: Manage academic processes including standardised testing, examinations, reports, handbooks, and academic calendars Liaise with NESA and external educational bodies Assist in coordinating academic-related events including parent-teacher interviews, subject selection evenings, and presentation day Oversee timetable development Wahroonga Adventist School is committed to child safety by providing a safe culture, safe operations, and a safe environment (only applicants with a Working with Children Check will be considered for this role).
