The Student Child and Family Connect team are dedicated to maximising learning days for young people with complex vulnerabilities who require multi-agency support to engage with continuous learning.Your Role:As the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Liaison Officer (Identified) with Student Child and Family Connect and Project Next, you will work with at-risk young people internal and external partners, and be able to contribute to the development of a case plan that focuses on addressing a young person's individual risks and needs in relation to education engagement and attainment.About You:The team are looking for someone who:Has strong family, community and stakeholder engagement skills;Can achieve results in accessing information, resources and services to support school engagement, ensuring students stay on track for success;Has demonstrated experience in case management of vulnerable and at-risk young people, particularly those who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander.This is a fixed term temporary position until 29 June 2025, unless otherwise determined.12.5% superannuation, flexible work arrangements, employee assistance program.Mandatory Requirements for and Identified Role:?
