Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Collaborate with other support teams to ensure swift problem resolution.
System Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor the performance of IT systems and proactively address potential issues.
Conduct routine system checks and implement preventive maintenance measures.
Identify and escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams.
Shift Work: Participate in a rotating shift schedule to provide 24/7 support coverage.
Ensure continuity of operations by collaborating with team members across different shifts.
Respond to critical incidents during off-hours and weekends as needed.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system changes.
Generate regular reports on system performance and support activities.
Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting common issues and solutions.
Customer Communication: Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
Provide clear and concise instructions to users for issue resolution.
Update users on the status of ongoing support tickets.
Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements.

Skills/Must have: Proven experience in a systems engineering or IT support role.
