Responsibilities:Provide 1st & 2nd level network support across Aruba Networks and Fortinet vendors.Assist with IT and user support as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the IT operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions and timely resolution of issues.Skills/Must have:Prior experience in providing network support, preferably with exposure to Aruba Networks and Fortinet.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to effectively address technical issues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.Proven adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.Salary:up to €60,000 per annum #J-18808-Ljbffr
