About The Role We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Project Manager. You will play a pivotal role in the delivery of a new-build luxury apartment project based either in South West Sydney, Eastern Suburbs OR Northern Beaches. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all facets of project management, working alongside experienced professionals. You will contribute to the successful delivery of these projects while developing your skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities Assisting the Project Manager in developing and implementing project plans Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers Monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks Preparing progress reports and maintaining project documentation Supporting the procurement process and contract administration Liaising with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders ABOUT YOU To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Possess: Relevant tertiary qualification in construction management or a related field MUST HAVE residential apartment construction experience MUST HAVE previous experience working with a local Tier 2 OR 3 Head Contractor Experience in office and site would be advantageous A passion for constructing luxury projects!
