It is a school where staff enjoy a range of benefits that foster health and wellbeing, and students achieve outstanding academic success supported by innovative teaching practices that are underpinned by a whole school approach to Positive Education.We are seeking to appoint a Years 10-12 Coordinator to support the Head of Senior School to assist the Year Coordinators, Assistant Year Coordinators and Mentors in Years 10-12, in addition to supporting the Ravenswood Wellbeing Unit consisting of a team of School Psychologists and other staff supporting student wellbeing.This role involves providing support for staff working with students with social/emotional/behavioral concerns, as well as working with students and parents. Part of this role also includes the development of programs for student wellbeing in conjunction with the Head of Positive Education and Visible Wellbeing and Head of Senior School and working with our Deputy – Teaching and Learning, the Learning Enrichment team and other academic staff in the support of students in Years 10-12. There is also a student management component of this role in consultation with the Head of Senior School.This is a permanent, full time position and will commence at the beginning of Term 1, 2025.There is a teaching load associated with this position.
