Team Leaders/Supervisors (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)Full timeThe Workshop Supervisor will assist the Operations Manager by providing strong frontline leadership to Team Leaders in the workshop, ensuring all job requirements are in place to drive team performance, while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and satisfying customer requirements.Specifically, you will:Provide strong frontline leadership to the workshop staff, in particular working closely with the Team Leaders to ensure all requirements are in place to safely and productively complete workshop jobs to plan.Strive to build and maintain a zero-harm culture within the workplace by demonstrating a commitment to health and safety through observable behaviours and actions.Work proactively with workshop staff and stakeholders (e.g., quality, engineering, purchasing) to resolve production and process issues.Monitor, coordinate, and report on production activities, ensuring strong productivity and labour utilisation. Provide input into planning, scheduling, and resourcing requirements.Assist the Operations Manager to drive lean and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver operational improvements.
