THE ROLE & OPPORTUNITY Oversee and lead the workshop employees, including training of personnel.Delivering Zero Harm targets, ensuring safety standards are maintained.Encourage, support and persevere with employees.Overseeing daily workshop operations, including workforce management and timeline adherence.Fostering a positive and high-performance culture, aligned with our values.Collaborating with management to implement process improvements and drive efficiency.
