Full time Our client is currently seeking an experienced Workshop Operations Manager. You will be responsible for the daily supervision of workshop employees whilst also ensuring that deadlines and targets are met.
This role will require you to report directly to the General Manager.
Duties of role, but not limited to: Management of employees to ensure all works are completed within set timeframes All quality, safety and environmental requirements are continually met Planning and reviewing of all current and future projects Assist with ordering and ensuring that all required materials reach site Be the point of contact for the Workshop, Sub-contractors, Transport, and Sites Adhere to all site safety policies and procedures Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding daily operations When and where required, assist the safety team in the investigation and reporting of any accidents or incidents About you: Trade Certification Boilermaker / Welder or Tertiary Qualifications in Engineering Experience and understanding with regards to mining equipment Experience in managing a fabrication / engineering workshop Experience in back office including costings, profit and loss etc. Must have a current C Class Driver's License If the above role sounds like you, then do not delay in sending your updated resume through to us today!
