This will cover proposing action plans and resource plans, as well as cover general management of workshop functions, systems, and OHS. You will control field service operations and daily workshop related administration functions whilst supporting the Workshop Manager.Typical duties:Ensure all service works (workshop and field) are completed in a timely efficient manner, documented accurately, to required specificationsDirect liaison with customers on service contracts and major rebuildsEnsuring total customer satisfaction and cost-effective workshop and field services outputEnsure to fully execute obligations including warranties, product liabilities and modifications associated with recallsFacilitate regular workshop and toolbox team meetings, document and address issues as they arise and review for effectiveness reporting to the Workshop ManagerGeneral people management in the team including job allocations and shift management, supervision to ensure a high level of productivity and efficiency is maintained Qualifications and Experience:Mechanical Trade QualificationIndustry Experience (Highly Desirable)Working Safely in the Construction Industry CPCCOHS1001A (white card)Hold a current Driver's LicenceKnowledge of people leadership Knowledge of WHS requirementsAbout Tadano OceaniaWe are a leading manufacturer and distributer of mobile hydraulic cranes and lifting equipment throughout Australia, NZ and PNG.
