They are seeking a skilled and dynamic End User Computing Specialist to join their Service Desk team supporting end users across Australia as well as leading numerous projects.Key Responsibilities:Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for end users in Australia, ensuring a seamless and efficient end-user experienceTransition and support the migration to Microsoft Intune, taking a lead role in the implementation and ongoing maintenanceInitiate and lead the development of the Standard Operating Environment, enhancing the infrastructure for optimal performanceMentor and up-skill the existing desktop support team to align with evolving technologies and best practicesProactively identify and resolve potential issues, contributing to a proactive and preventative support environmentProvide support for audio-visual rooms and equipment, ensuring seamless functionality for meetings and presentations.Set up and configure meeting rooms to meet the technical requirements of professionals and clientsQualifications and Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in EUC/desktop supportExperience with SOE engineering and buildAble to work with patch deployment Supported SCCM and or Intune Ideally worked with Microsoft DefenderExceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
