Harness your expertise as Workforce ManagerBase salary $108,557 - $118,267 + 17% superannuationAbout the opportunity The Workforce Manager will coordinate professional development for Library staff, consulting with Library managers to assess development needs against strategic goals, undertake skills gap analyses, and identify suitable development opportunities. They will also plan and lead activities to develop and align workplace culture with the Library's strategic objectives. The Workforce Manager will be a key point of contact for University Recruitment and will support Library hiring managers as needed with recruitment activities.
The University Library reserves the right to transfer or rotate the location of this position to any of its Library sites based on workloads, professional development, or business needs.
Your key responsibilities will be to: support the delivery of Library workforce development in collaboration with the Associate Director Workforce and Engagement coordinate a whole-of-library approach to developing organisational cultureprovide advice on HR and recruitment matterssupport Library managers and leaders with professional development opportunitiesactively contribute to University and Library culture and values.About you holds a Bachelor's degree with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/trainingdemonstrated experience in the application of training needs analysis frameworks, with the ability to identify, or design, programs to address skill gaps, introducing innovative practices for delivery and evaluationdemonstrated experience in initiating, planning and managing staff development programs possesses project management experience and expertise, including delivering according to established timelines.Work Rights You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this employment to apply.
