This position will see you working closely with people from diverse backgrounds to support them in progressing through the specific barriers they each face when it comes to looking for employment. Responsible for fostering relationships with local jobseekers, employers, businesses, and community resources, you will support your customers along their journeys to meaningful employment within your local community. BEST prides itself on ensuring that appropriate matches with employment are made, with the needs and passions of the customer at the forefront of the services we provide.
At times, the position may require day travel to provide operational support to surrounding areas including Quirindi, where access to a company vehicle will be provided.
