Workday Functional Consultant

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Workday Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Workday solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, configure Workday modules, and provide ongoing support and training.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements. Configure and implement Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Financials. Provide expert guidance on best practices and Workday functionality. Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and end-users. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday configurations. Stay up to date with the latest Workday updates and enhancements. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Workday Functional Consultant. Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Financials modules. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
