They have been specialising in a range of solutions for Building Structure Repairs and Infrastructure Asset Management specifically Remedial Building / Concrete Repair, Façade Recladding, Waterproofing, and Blast & Paint / Protective Coating works.
The Role
Our client, a leader in the Façade Recladding and Remedial Building space, is seeking a highly experienced
WHS Lead
/
Senior WHS
to join their team in Canberra. This is an exceptional opportunity for a safety professional with a strong background in façade construction and remedial building projects. Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to be considered for this role.
This role is a mixture of office-based and site-based works, where you will be required to complete site safety visits and will play a crucial role in maintaining the high level of safety of our clients' projects.
What are we looking for?
Cert IV in Work Health & Safety
Minimum 5+ years previous experience working in a WHS role on large-scale Façade Construction or Remedial Building or High Rise New Construction projects
Strong organisational skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
High attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to work to multiple deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Have an in-depth knowledge of WHS legal requirements and ISO Standards.
