Student leadership is a high priority, encouraging an active student voice with leadership opportunities at each year level.Selection CriteriaKSC1 Relevant qualifications and experience in Student Support Services, Counselling or a relevant welfare field.KSC2 Understanding of and a demonstrated ability in recognised processes, policies, programs and research relating to student wellbeing.KSC3 Experience in the delivery of student and family wellbeing services and programs in a real setting.KSC4 Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.KSC5 Experience in the development and delivery of proactive programs to develop health and wellbeing in adolescents.KSC6 Experience in working in a diverse community.RoleThe Wellbeing and Counselling Team Manager's primary role is to ensure the effective implementation of Wellbeing at the school.
