About the role We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Aluminium Weld Fabricator to join our team at the Shepparton production facility. This role is crucial for coordinating the manufacture of Rubicon's products within the assembly team to ensure production targets are met.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities: Coordinate the production task operations of Rubicon products as per the Work Instruction, in a manner that meets the size, volume and timelines specifiedIdentify and develop production techniques and procedures that will facilitate lower unit production costs and higher quality products.Report production status to the department supervisor and senior management on a regular or as required basis.Provide support and input into Lean Manufacturing techniques being introduced into the Business.Minimize exposure to hazards to prevent incidents and injuries to the greatest possible extent.Desired Skills and ExperienceSkills & Experience We want to hear from you if you have the following:
Industry qualified and proven experience in aluminium welding and fabricationDemonstrated ability to co-ordinate production activities within the area of responsibility and liaise effectively with project and manufacturing personnel to ensure required outcomes are metExperience in identifying components and Manufacturing Procedures as required for manufactured componentsGeneral understanding of quality system fundamentalsAbility to understand the application and performance requirements of Rubicon's products with ability to identify and implement enhancements to product design and or processAbout Rubicon
