WelderYour RoleOur client, a renowned manufacturer in the motor vehicle accessory sector, is currently seeking a skilled Section Welder to join their team in Toowoomba, QLD. This position is critical to ensuring the high-quality production of our client's extensive range of products, including bullbars, brush-rails, side-steps, trays, and canopies.Responsibilities And DutiesPerform complex component installations according to engineering designs.Weld components in various sections including trays, bars, rails, cattle truck trays, and service.Read blueprints, drawings, and take precise measurements for setting up components.Maintain high levels of customer service with both internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with the Department Supervisor to manage production schedules and workloads.Participate in personal training and development opportunities.Ensure adherence to quality control measures and company policies.Comply with Workplace Health & Safety regulations, including conducting regular hazard audits and using personal protective equipment (PPE).Skills & ExperienceCertificate III in Engineering Fabrication.Minimum of two years' experience in the welding industry.Proficiency in welding techniques such as GMAW, GTAW, and MMAW.High attention to detail and precision in cutting and measuring.Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Knowledge of industry-specific welding standards and codes.Commitment to workplace health and safety practices.The successful candidate will be offered a salary range of $72,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation.Choose Agri TalentAgri Talent provides permanent recruitment and executive search services exclusively for Australian agribusiness.
