Weighbridge Officer
$36.38 per hour casual rate, for ordinary hours Rotating roster with full time hours Bowral location 12 month maternity contract Immediate start We are currently seeking an experienced Weighbridge Administrator for a 12 months maternity leave contract in Bowral.
The successful candidate will have a flexible timetable and be able to fulfil full time hours from Monday to Saturday.
Responsibilities will include:
Weighing trucks in and out of site and producing customer dockets; Providing excellent customer service via both phone and face to face; Processing payments, including EFTPOS transactions, account transactions, cash payments and cash reconciliation; Monthly account reconciliation; and Completion of onboarding and inductions. Skills and experience will include:
Prior experience working in a customer focused role; Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; A friendly, customer focused attitude; Previous experience with cash handling; Intermediate computer skills, particularly MS Office products such as Excel.
