The Content Designer will work in a multi-disciplinary team to create engaging web content for the Go Global Toolkit website and new authenticated digital services to help promote Australian business products overseas.
The Content Designer is responsible for: Creating, editing and publishing web content to help Australian businesses export their products and servicesCollaborating and negotiating with diverse subject matter experts to create contentTurning complex information into accessible contentEnsuring content meets Go Global Toolkit content playbook standards and Australian Government style manual standardsWorking effectively in a fast-paced agile teamTesting content with real users and iterating it based on their feedbackAnalysing and measuring content performance and making improvementsCommunicating the principles of good content design to your team and stakeholdersCriteria: The Content Designer will have a minimum of 4 years' experience:
Creating and managing user-centred content for websites (preferably for an Australian business audience)Creating content that is findable, useful and accessibleCreating content that is optimised for search enginesUsing analytics tools to gather user insights and measure content performance (including SEO)Testing content with real users and iterating it based on their feedbackDemonstrating excellent communication and advocacy skills when working with subject matter experts to co-create contentExperience designing and creating content for government websitesA strong user experience (UX) background, including interaction design skillsTo apply for this job please call Jon on 02 6299 1006 or click the apply button to send your CV.
