Key Requirements for Lifeguards: Outstanding customer service skills, presentation, and attitude!Current Blue Card (Working with children check)Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or the ability to obtain before employment)Current Pool Lifeguard Qualification (or the ability to obtain before employment)Key Skills: High-level supervision of all customers within the site environmentProvide clear direction to all customers to ensure the aquatic environment is operating safely and customers are adhering to the facility safety standardsWilling and able to provide First Aid/CPR if requiredIncident reporting, risk mitigation and adhoc tasks to assist in the efficient operation of the siteWater testing, general cleaning and other miscellaneous maintenance dutiesWhere to from here: We are an equal opportunity employer – this means it's a level playing field for all.
