The Opportunity As a Waste Management - Administration Officer in the City of Perth, you will provide project, financial management and administrative support to the Waste and Cleaning team and ensure the provision of high-quality customer service to all internal and external customers.
Reporting to the Waste and Cleaning Manager within our Operations team, your responsibilities would primarily include: Respond to correspondence received via shared inboxes and manage the correspondence registers for the team; Schedule meetings and toolbox meetings, coordinate agenda and take minutes; Maintain nominated operating budgets related to waste; Through the delivery of outstanding service, establish a reputation of customer service excellence throughout the organisation.
About You To succeed in this role, you will possess: Sound verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to produce correspondence, reports, and publications; Proficiency in general office procedures and experience using a range of software; Strong interpersonal skills, with a capability to resolve conflicts and deal with difficult customers; Demonstrated ability to research, analyse, summarise, and report on matters of a medium-level.
