Waste Maintenance Worker

The Role:
CoreStaff are seeking a Water & Wastewater labourer in the Townsville region. You will be tasked with maintenance and construction of water and sewerage services working on multiple projects.
General Labouring duties:

Good communication skills
Maintenance of sewerage pump stations
Assist with water meter reading and maintenance
Sound knowledge of plumbing, sanitary and reticulations fittings and their intended applications
Competent skills in use of minor plant
Sound skills in minor machinery maintenance

Requirements:

Pre-employment medical
Physical ability to undertake manual handling for extended period in direct sunlight
Immunisation record for Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B

Qualifications:

White Card
C class or MR drivers licence
Confined Space
First Aid Certificate
Work Safely at Heights
