Are you ready to join Patterson Cheney Cars and Trucks' expansion? We're excited to announce the addition of our newest truck dealership, Patterson Cheney Isuzu Pakenham. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced dealership Warranty Administrator like you to join our new team and contribute to our growth.
While Patterson Cheney Trucks is being constructed, the selected candidate will work from the Patterson Cheney Trucks location in Keysborough.
About The Role
Manage and process warranty claims for the dealership
Review and verify warranty documentation for accuracy and completeness
Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely reimbursement of warranty claims
Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and related documentation
Communicate with customers regarding warranty coverage and claim status
Collaborate with the service department to ensure proper diagnosis and resolution of warranty-related issues
Stay up to date with warranty guidelines and requirements from manufacturers
Assist the service department with the costing of repair orders
Provide administration support to other departments
Provide support to other truck sites when required
About You
Previous experience as a Dealership Warranty Administrator in the automotive industry is preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Pentana, DMS, and SAP experience are desirable
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
