About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join their Campbellfield Fulfilment Centre.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operational activities, ensuring smooth and efficient fulfilment processes, maintaining high service levels, and optimising costs.
Your leadership will be key in driving productivity, safety, and team development, while upholding the Fashion Group's values of authenticity, inclusivity, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities: Operational Efficiency: Support the Operations Manager in overseeing product receiving, processing, and distribution; plan and manage labour to meet productivity and cost targets.Safety & Compliance: Lead a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with health, safety, and wellbeing standards.
Conduct regular audits and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.Team Supervision: Foster inclusive leadership by onboarding, training, and supporting your team, offering feedback and coaching to help each team member grow.Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, external suppliers, and service providers to coordinate daily workflows and maintain strong partnerships.Sustainability & Compliance: Uphold our B Corp standards by ensuring adherence to environmental, social, and governance standards, and maintaining compliance with all company policies.Skills & Experience: Proven experience in warehousing or fulfilment operationsStrong management, organisational, and communication skillsCustomer-focused with problem-solving abilitiesFamiliarity with warehouse management systems; advanced Excel skills preferredQualifications in Logistics, Commerce, or related field are a plusOur Values: Our Behaviours: Why Join Us?
