About the role As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be leading a small team and overseeing all warehousing activities on site while driving team engagement and a strong safety culture. Key responsibilities include:
Supervise the warehouse team to ensure operational efficiency on site Lead daily workforce planning and toolbox meetings Manage Load Planning & Logistical activities on site Oversee allocation of warehouse tasks/resourcing Drive a strong safety culture & actively involved in the Safety Management System of the business Maintenance Coordination & Planning Contractor Management We are looking for a driven hands-on leader with the ability to lead from the front with a can-do attitude, drive the safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives. Ideally you will have:
Previous work experience in warehousing, transport, or logistics Experience Forklift operator - LF License essential Experienced team leader or open to stepping into a leadership role SAP experience ideal but not essential Attention to detail / Time management / Multi-tasking & being well organized are key elements to your success Key Benefits Below are some of our key central benefits that are available to InfraBuild employees.
