We are looking for a Supervisor for the Canning Vale Warehouse.
Someone that is experienced in warehousing, that demonstrates initiative, strong work ethic, that is looking to progress their career, that demonstrates leadership skills and can manage people.
This is a team player role, where the successful applicant will demonstrate a strong work ethic, customer service skills, communication skills and will be part of supportive team.

You will be primarily responsible for assisting in all aspects of running the warehouse on a daily basis as well as customer deliveries.
Tasks will include:
Picking, packing, and consigning of orders. Stock movements and replenishment. Loading and unloading of trucks. General housekeeping of the warehouse. Booking freight. Processing orders. Stocktaking. Unloading containers. Interacting with delivery drivers and customers. Manage inventory control and quality assurance, productivity, and logistics. Providing leadership and motivation to the warehouse team. Efficiently planning resources to maximise warehouse operations. Managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of warehouse goods. Prioritising daily tasks, including order picking, packing, goods receiving, dispatch, forklift operations, inventory management, and container handling. Inspecting, maintaining, and managing warehouse equipment and vehicles. Keeping detailed records of warehouse activities. Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards as well as company policies and procedures. Maintaining safety standards within the warehouse. Driving improved housekeeping and organisation. Optimising warehouse space for efficiency. Skills and Experience: Experience in logistics and warehousing Valid driver's license Valid forklift license Track record of implementing improvement initiatives Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs Proven leadership, decision making, and problem-solving skills Proven organisational, planning, and time management skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Familiarity with warehouse inventory management software and databases Lead by example, hands on approach Ability to manage a variable daily schedule Excellent work ethic Truck license (or the willingness to obtain one) Physically fit and able to move stock Reliable and committed Customer focused Good communication skills Self-motivated Able to work independently as well as part of a team Intermediate computer skills High level of attention to detail Demonstrate initiative Adaptability skills How to apply
