We are seeking a self motivated Warehouse Storeperson to join our team. As a vital member of our warehouse operations, you'll primarily focus on picking and packing orders, assisting with container unloading, and supporting stock reworking activities. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to collaborate with the team to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
The successful applicant will:
Efficiently pick items according to order specifications and pack orders securely and accurately for safe transportation.Ensure orders are prepared and ready for dispatch on time.Work with the team to handle items safely and efficiently during unloading.Help organise and distribute incoming stock to designated storage areas.Support stock reworking tasks, including repackaging or relabelling items.Collaborate with the team to maintain organised stock for efficient picking and packing.Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure proper handling and storage of stock.Assist the warehouse team in maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace.Participate in training new team members as required.Previous Warehouse experience is preferred, however training can be provided. A valid forklift licence is essential. Our successful candidate will have / demonstrate:
A good level of physical fitness and be able to lift and move heavy objects.Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.Confident communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.A competitive remuneration package is on offer and you will have access to on-site parking.
