You will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods to predetermined customers, assisting with reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading trucks, and providing exceptional customer service to our client base. Ensure all procedures regarding inventory are maintained and be methodical in following OH&S procedures.
Responsibilities: Carry out instructions as directed from Management and/or SupervisorsCheck condition of goods, product codes, and quantities and load vehicles - complete run sheets as required – obtain signatures/names of customers upon delivery and complete all necessary paperworkLiaise with customers regarding delivery of goodsStocktake preparation as required and requestedAssist the warehouse teamEnsure Company supplied shirts and Hi visibility vests are worn at all times. Ensure that footwear is appropriate for warehouse safetyEnsure the delivery vehicle is kept clean and driven in a safe manner as per Company Policy, as well as OH&S and Licensing regulationsOffer exceptional customer service & treat customers with respect at all timesTreat staff members and fellow workers with respect at all timesLiaise with Sales/Co-ordinations staff regarding issues with Customer Orders etcWhat we Require: Must hold relevant white cardMR License is preferred but not essentialLF/LO License preferredStrong Problem-Solving skillsThe ability to work in a team environmentIf you are interested in the above, APPLY NOW!
