Reporting to the Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of raw materials and consumable inventories in the warehouse along with the timely and accurate receipting and dispatch finished goods and provide the highest levels of service to the Production Team to support the manufacturing process.

The Shift Manager act as an advocate for our core values,

You will be required to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role in the food industry, have at least 3 years forklift experience, worked in a diverse cultural environment and work with the Production Manager on continuous improvement and coaching and developing your team.
Work at times in freezer at -22 degrees, includes freezer allowance. Core Responsibilities Cross check orders against corresponding purchase orders and supplier invoicesStore goods according to first in first out systemsEnsure accuracy of inventory management Conduct cycle countsAccurately weigh , log and dispose of waste products Liaise with 3rd party logistics companiesMaintain a high level of customer service internally and externally Assist with loading and unloading of commercial vehicles Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse at times Always prioritise safety , especially when driving the forkliftReport all safety incidents when they occurMust have high reach forklift license Must be able to work permanently is Australia without restrictions Monday to Friday - 7am - 3pm Parking on site
