We're looking for Team Members to work in our state-of-the-art temperature-controlled ambient Automated Distribution Centre (ADC) located at Redbank. In these roles, you'll play a key part in moving grocery products through our supply chain, helping create seamless in-store experiences for our customers.
As a Team Member, you'll undertake a broad range of duties to support the ADC's operation including correctly identifying products and consumables, loading, unloading, picking, wrapping, moving, stacking, unstacking, tote handling, picking product into totes, decanting processes utilising material handling equipment (MHE) and the ADC's equipment and completing housekeeping tasks.
About you and your skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment Experienced order selector or production line operator Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures, with a commitment to safety and quality standards Possess a strong eye for detail and accuracy You'll need to be comfortable working on your own and following set instructions To be active – you'll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching Forklift licence preferred, but not essential What's in it for you?
