Working from our customer site in Cadia, our Warehouse Operators play a key role in ensuring parts and key deliverables are organised effectively to support all business units.
A standard day may see you loading and unloading stock and parts, stacking & manual handling, general housekeeping, stocktaking, ordering parts and performing computer-based store person duties to fulfill the business's order requirements and general demands.
Candidates with a safety-first mentality, a collaborative team-focused approach, and demonstrated workplace experience in a similar heavy industrial warehouse role will excel in this position.
Our ideal candidate will be accustomed to a fast-paced work environment with excellent communication skills that may be utilised for client-facing sales & service requirements.
Roster and Remuneration 12.5 Hour Shifts Roster: 5N4O, 5D5O, 4N5O, 5D4O, 5N5O, 4D5O Shift Times: Day Shift 05:00AM to 17:30PM / Night Shift 17:00PM to 05:30AM Potential earnings from $35.50 - $43.78 P/HR *Above rates are a guide; each candidate will be assessed on skill and experience*
Desired Skills & Experience Unrestricted Manual Drivers Licence Forklift Licence, 1+ year of operating experience Strong customer service skills Basic computer skills, proficient to track orders on the digital database Solutions focused mindset and ability to adapt to changing requirements A safety-first mentality, situational awareness and ability to champion a positive safety culture Desirable to have worked in a similar heavy industrial warehouse environment Why WesTrac?
