**The role**:
We have created a full-time **Warehouse Operator/Customer Service **role at our facility in Ferrydon Park, SA. Working in a small, supportive and enjoyable environment as part of a broader national sales team, no 2 days are ever the same.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the warehouse activitiesAttend to incoming calls, provide product advice & manage the quoting process
- Act as key resource for customers to ensure our product range is fit for purpose and provide for a seamless customer experience
- Promote our e Commerce platform and educate customers in its use
- Liaise with Technical Services and Operations staff to enhance the customer experience throughout the product cycle.
- Highly organised with proactive attitude to customer service
- Ability to work autonomously or part of a team
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of warehousing and distribution systems.
