About this team The Warehouse Operations Supervisor plays a key role in the DC Leadership Team. They are responsible for supervising the warehouse floor, taking initiative, delegating work, providing "in the moment" feedback and coaching to the team, following up on outstanding issues and is a star "go to" person. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you are responsible for executing daily strategies to meet and exceed organizational goals. This position supports a team of Warehouse Associates and is responsible for the daily operations and functions within the DC.
A day in the life: Support the daily operations for a functional area within the DC, including workload planning and effectively executing operational objectivesDefine daily workload plans that meet the needs of the business and deliver best-in-class service to our guestsCommunicate all department updates to the Operations Manager, including daily staffing and workload updates, along with providing data and explanations for weekly/monthly reportingProvide coaching and performance management to associates.
