Pump and Abrasion is a customer-focused company ensuring that our customers always get more than expected.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize and supervise all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, movement, storing, shipping and inventory management;Implement and manage stock control measurements linked to the ERP system;Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and accuracy of warehouse operations;Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and procedures;Monitor and manage all small and heavy equipment maintenance schedules;Manage and train warehouse staff, provide guidance and support to achieve organisational goals and objectives;Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products and resolve any issues or concerns related to warehouse operations;Manage daily and monthly production schedules and communicate tasks to other warehouse staff, including escalation of priority tasks;Implement new operations functions, which include project management, commissioning and monitoring;Conduct regular performance evaluations of warehouse staff and provide feedback for improvement;Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and warehouse activities;Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance to management;Prepare inspection and non-conformance reports on stock items that do not meet quality standards;Implement, monitor and coordinate quality control standards throughout the flow of inventory in the warehouse;Maintain good facility management and be responsible for good housekeeping in the warehouse.Minimum RequirementsMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role;Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team;Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills;Knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control and movement procedures and ERP systems;Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures related to warehouse operations;Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritise tasks effectively;Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.All applications are welcome.#J-18808-Ljbffr
