Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead their warehouse operations and drive safety, efficiency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the receiving, processing, and dispatching of goods for internal and external customers.
Plan future capacity requirements to meet operational needs.
Foster a collaborative team environment focused on achieving warehouse objectives.
Promote and enforce OH&S and quality standards, ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures.
Utilize and manage warehouse management systems and related technology effectively.
Maintain knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and company policies.
Liaise with other departments and customers to ensure seamless communication and service quality.
Ensure the careful handling of products throughout the distribution facility.
Oversee the maintenance of plant, machinery, and equipment.
Perform general warehouse duties and uphold workplace safety standards.
Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in warehouse organisation and management.
Strong knowledge of warehouse safety, security, and relevant regulations.
Demonstrated ability to train, supervise, and develop team members.
Skilled in delegating, instructing, and evaluating the work of warehouse personnel.
Experience in motivating and managing teams to achieve operational goals.
Key Competencies: Excellent organisational and planning skills.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and judgment abilities.
Effective communication and people management skills.
Ability to motivate, delegate, and lead by example.
Initiative and decisiveness in a fast-paced environment.
Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
