About the Role
Contract Resources is seeking a highly motivated Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to join the Jandakot Workshop Team. This role is supporting the Mobilisation Coordinator in the warehouse to oversee the efficient handling of equipment at our facility. The main duties and focus for this role are the preparation of equipment to be mobilised to our clients' facilities, and coordination of staff.
Duties & Responsibilities: Supervise the completion of picking lists issued by the Mobilisation Coordinator. Determine appropriate staffing levels and allocate work accordingly. Ensure strict adherence to safety processes by all warehouse personnel. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse and yard areas. Oversee the completion of freight documentation and submit it to the Mobilisation Coordinator. Manage inventory, including organising and maintaining storage areas efficiently. Requirements & Experience Needed 2+ years' experience in a Warehouse/ Supervisor role. Proven experience leading and managing a team. White Card Current Australian Driver's license class C LF High-Risk Forklift License – Use of high reach forklifts & container forklifts Experience freighting warehouse equipment Ability to work within a team environment while capable of working unsupervised Strong commitment to workplace health and safety Strong reading & writing skills Basic skills in word/excel/office programs.
