As a Warehouse/Dispatch team member, based at their manufacturing facility in French's Forest you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
From managing inventory and conducting stock counts to maintaining accurate records and coordinating the picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders, your contributions will be vital.
You'll work closely with internal teams, customer service, and freight carriers to streamline communication and optimise transportation routes.
Additionally, you'll play a key role in promoting safety awareness, maintaining compliance with regulations, and supporting the preparation of monthly warehouse metrics and reports.
This role also involves participating in an on-call roster and contributing to the overall cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse.

You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing independent work with strong teamwork.
With excellent communication skills and proficiency in Excel and Warehouse management systems, you are highly organised and forward-thinking.
You also possess the physical stamina to manage tasks such as lifting to 16kg and take pride in maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
A current NSW driver's license and full COVID-19 vaccination are essential for this position, along with the flexibility to work rotating shifts between 7 am and 6 pm.
More importantly your attitude, attention to detail and highly regarded work ethic is what we are looking for.
