Warehouse Delivery Driver

The Power Source (TPS) is an Australian, family-owned wholesaler supplying batteries from leading international manufacturers for automotive, leisure, industrial and renewable energy applications in Australia.
The job is based at our TPS Wetherill Park warehouse with requirement to deliver batteries and conduct general warehousing as required. We are seeking a well presented, self-motivated individual with sound communication skills and an outgoing personality. An eye for detail and accuracy is a must.
As an achievement orientated individual, you should have a proven track record of safe driving and operating in a warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities: Safe delivery of product when required in company vehicles.Accurate and timely picking, packing, loading and dispatch of customer orders in a cost effective manner with customer satisfaction at the forefront.Answer telephones if needed.Provide support to other team members as required.Assisting in the charging, testing and maintenance of batteries as required.Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures.Assistance with stock takes as requested.Other tasks as directed.Personal Competencies: Most importantly, fit in with the team and be able to work together.
Ability to be flexible, to adapt to changing deadlines and business demands.
Knowledge: Knowledge of battery industry is desirable but not required. Previous driving, warehouse or logistics work is recommended.
Experience: Demonstrated experience in a similar role. Must have own transport and current drivers license. An MR license and forklift license is desirable.
