We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our Logistics team within our Australian operations. Endress+Hauser Australia is made up of 100 dedicated employees across the country, with our national office located in Artarmon, Sydney, and additional offices in other key locations.

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you'll collaborate with customers, logistics teams, and other departments to keep our warehouse operations running seamlessly. Your role will be essential in ensuring efficiency and accuracy, making you a key contributor to our team's success.
Which tasks will you perform? Receive goods – verify and process all incoming deliveriesPick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.Liaise with customers as needed, providing exceptional customer service.Operate trolleys and pallet jacks safely.Coordinate DHL shipments.Update shipment spreadsheets as required.Label and organize incoming boxes.Arrange dispatch and coordinate with couriers or freight companies.Assist with stocktakes to maintain inventory accuracy.Ensure the maintenance of a safe and healthy workplace. What do we expect from you? Previous experience in Warehouse operations is preferred but not essential Forklift License is mandatoryHave experience working with dispatching or transportation logistics.Proficiency in all MS Office applications and SAP (or similar ERP system)Are highly organised with the ability to multi-task and stay on top of deadlines.Have excellent attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks to completion.Provide exceptional customer service, both internally and externally.Have strong verbal and written communication skills.Are a team player who can collaborate effectively with others across departments.
