We are seeking an experienced Ward Clerk on a full time and Casual basis to support one of our busy Medical Units. Hourly rate from $33 to $37 per hour depending on experience.

As a Ward Clerk your responsibilities will include: Providing patient-centred customer serviceWelcoming and assisting patients, visitors and staff ensuring a friendly and professional first impressionAnswering phone calls and handling inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and confidentialityMaintaining accurate and timely patient information data collection and processing of medical recordsLiaising with medical staffLiaising with other areas of the hospitalHaving experience in an acute patient-focused healthcare facility/hospitalDemonstrating highly developed interpersonal and time management skills with the ability to work in multidisciplinary work environmentsExhibiting good computer literacy & sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)Having a track record of providing great service and customer experienceDemonstrating strong interpersonal communicationBeing able to work autonomously as well as in a team environmentBenefits on offer: Free ParkingDiscounted gym memberships including Fitness Passport
