AC TILING AND STONE PTY LTD is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Wall and Floor Tiler to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities: Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled following plans or sketches.Prepare wall and floor surfaces by removing old tiles, grout, and adhesive, and by smoothing and cleaning surfaces.Lay and fix tiles using appropriate adhesives and techniques, ensuring precision in alignment and finish.Cut tiles using hand tools or machinery to fit around obstacles and into odd spaces.Apply grouting between tiles and clean finished surfaces.Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organised work environment.Liaise with clients, site supervisors, and other trades to ensure quality outcomes and timely completion of projects.About You: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Wall and Floor Tiler.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.Ability to interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.Physically fit with the ability to perform manual tasks and work on-site.Reliable, punctual, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of worksite safety protocols and relevant industry standards.Job Type: Permanent / Full-time
Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 per annum
