Your New Chapter Are you organised, proactive, and ready to support a premier learning institute in the veterinary industry? VetPartners is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Training Centre (VTC) Operations Coordinator to drive excellence across our training centers in Australia and New Zealand.
In this key role, you'll oversee daily operations, ensure the smooth delivery of training services, build relationships with stakeholders, and manage compliance and facilities. This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive coordinator with strong organisational skills to support our vision of becoming the leading veterinary training institute. Key Responsibilities Deliver Training Targets: Coordinate training services, manage social media promotions, and collaborate with marketing to ensure full workshop bookings. Develop Relationships: Build strong connections with suppliers, stakeholders, and partners to support revenue growth and enhance our training programs. Oversee Facilities and Compliance: Manage operational aspects, including the cadaver supply program, animal ethics, and WHS compliance, to ensure smooth operations across all centers. Drive Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate program quality, make improvements, and maintain effective policies and procedures. Skills, Attributes, and Experience: Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in logistical coordination. Proficiency in ICT applications and strong stakeholder management skills. Background in the veterinary industry is a plus but not required. Target-driven with exceptional communication and organisational skills. Why VetPartners?
