We believe in the customer, and use both qualitative and quantitative approaches to build out solutions that add real value.This Product Manager role is responsible for driving key product initiatives for a website that is frictionless to use and easy to shop for pet product needs. You will work closely with key business stakeholders as well as your engineering team to define and deliver initiatives for driving our customers' purchases and discovery journeys on site. You are an expert in analysis (qualitative and quantitative) and comfortable in leveraging user insights to create lasting relationships between our customers and our brand. Your communication skills allow you to excel at collaborating at both the team level and business executive levels.Role LocationThis role will be based in Sydney with a blended working arrangement of 3 days per week in our pet friendly offices and the remainder working from home (or the office, if you prefer!).
