**About the program**

The Wesley Volunteer Support Team are the go-to team for all things volunteering. The team serves as the central point of contact for all services and centres on volunteering matters, including providing best practice guidance. The team also handles all external volunteer enquiries, assists with the recruitment of volunteers, runs programs and communications that help recognise, reward and retain volunteers, and grows Wesley Mission's profile in the community through engagement with individual volunteers.

**About the role**

We are seeking a part-time office all-rounder who can assist with the day-to-day function of the team by providing quality support to internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner, implementing recruitment and retention initiatives and updating and maintaining accurate volunteer data. This role is best suited for people who have a passion for community services, enjoys working with a variety of people, and thrives in a fast-paced office.

- strong interpersonal skills
- demonstrated experience providing exceptional customer service
- sound time management, planning and organisational skills
- proficient computer skills and experience in MS Office suite
- ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- relates well to a wide range of people, with strong listening and problem-solving skills.

**Desirable criteria**
- Cert IV in Business Administration, or Human Resources
- experience with customer relationship management systems
- NSW Drivers licence.
