Based in Melbourne and reporting to the Visual Merchandise Manager, the Visual Merchandise Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of Visual Merchandising are commercially and locally executed in accordance with our VM guidelines.

What you can expect: Interpreting and executing VM directive, ensuring that visual merchandising standards are consistent and aligned with brand and business requirementsWorking with retail management teams to identify and implement merchandising opportunities that are commercially astute to maximise salesExecuting store window displaysMannequin dressing and stylingWorking in a fast-paced environment to produce VM solutions for our store of the highest standardTraining and developing our team members to produce excellent visual merchandising outcomes (supervisory or leadership experience highly regarded)Working with the Store Manager and VM leaders in our business to carry out campaigns and ensure VM objectives are metWorking as part of a team to ensure our customers have an excellent in-store experience, with safety being at the forefront of everything we doTravel is required with up to 5-7 days away from home at a timeWorking with other VM Coordinators on new store set ups and refurbishmentsAbout You: Visual merchandising experience within the retail (preferably apparel) industry of at least two yearsAbility to develop respectful, effective working relationshipsStrong attention to detailGood time management and prioritisation skillsSelf-motivated with a can-do approach and thrives on chaosAdaptable and flexible with a love of travelYou have the ability and motivation to provide guidance and training to a teamYour exceptional communication skills will enable you to work with stakeholders at all levelsYou are a team player, who has an eye for detail with a creative flair and a 'do what it takes' attitudeMust Have: Full time availabilityMost up-to-date resumeFull working rights within AustraliaIf you love the outdoors and adventure (even if you don't but love VM) and are passionate about being a part of our Anaconda Culture, we want you to be a part of our dedicated team.
