About the Role:The Visiting CHS Dental Orthodontist plays an integral role within the cleft multidisciplinary team.
This position requires a sessional commitment of four hours each week to provide orthodontic services at an identified CHS Dental Community Clinic and attendance at Canberra Hospital Cleft Lip and Palate Clinic up to eight times per year.
Please note prior to commencement successful candidates will be required to: Meet credentialing requirements and receive an Endorsed scope of clinical practice from the Medical Dental Appointments Advisory Committee (MDAAC).Hold Specialist registration as an Orthodontist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.Comply with Canberra Health Services Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination policy.To Apply: Please apply online by submitting a copy of your CV along with a 2-page cover letter, responding to the Selection Criteria, listed in the Position Description.
