The opportunity | A role with purpose You will be responsible for coordinating the health, welfare, and social requirements of self-care customers, as well as cultivating and sustaining vibrant, active village communities.
You'll also play a key role in facilitating communication between Community Village residents and management, while assisting new residents in smoothly integrating into village life.
Although this role is based in Hughes & Queanbeyan, you will work closely with the Village Service Coordinator who is in Goulburn/ Bundanoon, providing support both onsite and remotely.
Additionally, you will liaise with external service providers, assist prospective residents, support transitions between care services, and work with property services to minimise vacancies.
Although you will possess prior experience in a customer-centric related role, you will be provided with ongoing training and support that begins with our comprehensive 3-day onboarding program.
