Vice President - Sydney, Australia - ClearCompanyDescriptionAs VP of a Project Finance & M&A deal team, you will work on impactful transactions with autonomy, accountable for smooth execution of advisory missions relating to financial structuring, raising required debt, or leading M&A equity finance transactions.You will be the primary point of contact for clients, other stakeholders, and the rest of the team.This role is ideal for those applying analytical skills and curiosity for out-of-the-box solutions.Key Responsibilities:Taking responsibility for advisory missions.Leading interactions with clients, banks, and other project stakeholders.Supervising financial analysts.Overseeing due diligence processes.Participating actively in business development.Requirements:8+ years of relevant work experience, knowledge and interest in renewable energies, a strong understanding of financial concepts and products, experience originating business, and knowledge of debt transactions.Salary $190,000 – $260,000 AUD, bonus up to 60%, flexible working, and a vibrant working culture are offered.
