Vice President Sales Anz

The Vice President (VP) Sales will lead the sales organization across ANZ, driving net new, as well as install based sales.
Being a proven sales leader, they will sell Cloud / SaaS ERP solutions, maximizing revenues and meeting corporate objectives.
A particular focus will be to develop complex, strategic accounts, partnering internal and external ecosystems to ensure successful deal execution.
They will be responsible for creating and delivering the ANZ GTM Strategy.
The VP will drive a high-performing, collaborative and ethical sales culture, ensuring ongoing sales success.
Sydney or Melbourne.
Hybrid working.
Day in The Life Typically Includes:
Direct and lead a team of 25, including an outside sales team of 10; coaching and providing expertise, knowledge, and best practices to enhance the sales execution of all sales deals.Develop and implement a sales strategy in line with the corporate strategies and goals.Deliver profitable sales growth, each and every quarter, ensuring Infor reaches their profitable growth objectives.Create a collaborative culture, partnering with broader internal account teams, ecosystem account teams, and customers.Continually drive change and transformations across the sales organization, including performance, planning, data analytics, systems, and sales process improvements, ensuring a high growth agenda.What You Will Need:
Required skills:
Candidates will have substantial Sales Leadership experience in Cloud / SaaS, with a strong history of sales growth and success in the manufacturing / supply chain / utilities sectors.Have customer-facing, large complex sales management experience, contract management, pricing expertise, and be a proven collaborator across internal and external stakeholders.Be an experienced Leader, with considerable experience recruiting and developing talent.Thrive in a transformational environment.Be comfortable presenting at conferences and trade shows, being seen as an industry leader.What Will Put You Ahead?
